May 2006 - DMI entered into a strategic alliance with DOMINION CONSTRUCTION GROUP LLC of Warrenton, VA.  DCG is a design-build and construction management firm.

March 2006 - DMI is certified as a HUBZone Small Business.

March 2006 - DMI is designated as an "Emerging Architectural-Engineering Firm" by the US Small Business Administration.

December 2005 - DMI is awarded a multi-year contract with the US Army to provide master planning support to the 99th Regional Readiness Command for its extensive Base Realignment and Closure program for the Northeast US.

December 2005 - DMI opens a new project office at Vint Hill in Warrenton, VA. 

September 2005 - DMI entered into a subcontract with CALIBRE SYSTEMS INC. of Alexandria, VA to perform senior level consulting services relating to the US Army Base Realignment and Closure (2005) Program.
